Super Start Training Program


At Prudential Alliance Realtors, the success of our new Sales Professionals is paramount to us. We offer an intense training program, focusing on every aspect of the real estate business, especially the home buying and selling process. While attending our Super Start training program, not only do our new Sales Professionals receive the nuts and bolts training but also personal hands- on coaching. Upon completion of the Super Start Training Program, our new Sales Professionals are well on their way to success. We are so confident of this, rather than charge you to attend training and coaching, we offer a financial incentive to you to do well in the program.

Our Career/Training Center is located in Chesterfield, Mo. at our Corporate office and sessions take place throughout the year. Our Director of Training, Laura Paperner, CRS,GRI has been active in the real estate business for over 25 years and has been training and coaching Sales Professionals for over 20 years. Joining Laura are Coaches Colleen McCabe and Mark Harder. Both Colleen and Mark have been trainers for a number of years and are actively engaged in the sale of real estate. They share their talents and everyday work life with you. We also have nationally known real estate attorney and national educator, Bruce Aydt, CRB, GRI on staff to teach a wide variety of topics, which he makes fun and interesting!
